2、puter&CommunicationEngineeringChinaUniversityofPetroleum(EastChina)摘要網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)是現(xiàn)代醫(yī)院管理的核心內(nèi)容之一，是現(xiàn)代化的醫(yī)院進(jìn)行辦公協(xié)作管理的重要環(huán)節(jié)。醫(yī)院網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)是醫(yī)院現(xiàn)代化管理的重要工具和手段，對(duì)提高醫(yī)療質(zhì)量、促進(jìn)資源共享、提高醫(yī)院競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力等具有重要的意義。傳統(tǒng)的醫(yī)院網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)方式顯得越來(lái)越不能滿足病人的需求。日益增加的數(shù)據(jù)量導(dǎo)致了網(wǎng)絡(luò)性能逐漸下降，查詢和處理業(yè)務(wù)的效率越來(lái)越低，傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)院網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理方式已經(jīng)不能滿足現(xiàn)在繁忙的醫(yī)院網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)。本文針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題展開研究。首先，通過(guò)對(duì)當(dāng)前醫(yī)院網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)的情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究，分析了搭建醫(yī)
3、院網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)的重要意義，對(duì)當(dāng)前系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行三層模式設(shè)計(jì)。其次，系統(tǒng)在研發(fā)過(guò)程中經(jīng)由對(duì)當(dāng)前醫(yī)院網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)管理情況的調(diào)查研究，確定了本系統(tǒng)的硬件、技術(shù)、維護(hù)等各方面的可行性，總結(jié)了系統(tǒng)詳細(xì)的業(yè)務(wù)需求、功能需求和性能需求。采用VLAN技術(shù)、防火墻機(jī)制、訪問(wèn)控制技術(shù)等構(gòu)建本系統(tǒng)。醫(yī)院網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)采用雙機(jī)部署的方式，增強(qiáng)了系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的穩(wěn)定性。最后，對(duì)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行測(cè)試，包括穩(wěn)定性、安全性、功能性等方面，在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中取得了一定的效果，基本達(dá)到了預(yù)期的設(shè)計(jì)目的。關(guān)鍵字：VLAN，醫(yī)院網(wǎng)絡(luò)，訪問(wèn)控制，測(cè)試iDesignandImplementationofHospitalNetworkSystemJingCun(C
