2、我國西南邊陲，人才引進(jìn)較為困難，當(dāng)前的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)及技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力較弱，因而調(diào)整產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)、實(shí)施轉(zhuǎn)型升級，開展合作技術(shù)創(chuàng)新對企業(yè)而言十分重要。首先文章通過未來企業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈定位，對企業(yè)合作技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的外部及內(nèi)部技術(shù)資源環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析，明確了云景公司內(nèi)部的技術(shù)裝備、知識產(chǎn)權(quán)、技術(shù)隊(duì)伍和技術(shù)合作基礎(chǔ)等資源，以及外部面臨的機(jī)會和威脅。接下來提出合作技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的實(shí)施措施，包括深化與知識源的技術(shù)關(guān)聯(lián)、加強(qiáng)上下游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈技術(shù)合作、構(gòu)建同位（類）企業(yè)技術(shù)聯(lián)盟、提升自身合作創(chuàng)新能力等四項(xiàng)措施。最后，本文指出云景公司在合作技術(shù)創(chuàng)新實(shí)施的過程中應(yīng)具備完善的保障措施，包括成立合作技術(shù)創(chuàng)新辦公室、加強(qiáng)有利于合作創(chuàng)新的文化協(xié)同管理
