1、多模光纖的彎曲損耗實(shí)驗(yàn)研究何國(guó)財(cái)(吉首大學(xué)物理科學(xué)與信息工程學(xué)院,湖南吉首416000)摘要:隨著光通訊、光網(wǎng)絡(luò)、光傳感技術(shù)的發(fā)展,光纖已經(jīng)被廣泛應(yīng)用于上述系統(tǒng)作為信息載體和敏感元件。多模光纖以其結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、芯徑大、耦合效率高,損耗、色散較大而被廣泛應(yīng)用于小型局域網(wǎng),局域網(wǎng)的鋪設(shè)線路上往往彎曲較多。因此,研究彎曲對(duì)多模光纖所傳輸信號(hào)的衰減對(duì)于合理構(gòu)建和鋪設(shè)局域網(wǎng)是十分必要的。為此,我們實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了62.5微米芯徑多模石英光纖在相同圈數(shù)不同彎曲半徑和相同彎曲半徑不同圈數(shù)情況下的彎曲損耗,得到了如下結(jié)論:(1)多模光纖彎曲時(shí)有一個(gè)4.5厘米到5厘米的臨界值。(2)當(dāng)
