1、大斷面采動(dòng)影響煤巷錨索槽鋼梁桁架非對(duì)稱圍巖加固技術(shù)琚全室王紅勝于興建奎磊奎森林奎筮山西中煤華晉能源有限責(zé)任公司生產(chǎn)技術(shù)處西安科技大學(xué)能源學(xué)院教育部西部礦井幵采及災(zāi)害防治重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室摘要:為冇效控制大斷面采動(dòng)影響煤巷圍巖變形和實(shí)現(xiàn)支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)體在圍巖控制過(guò)程中的持續(xù)穩(wěn)定,提出丫錨索槽鋼梁桁架非對(duì)稱支護(hù)技術(shù)。首先,基于王家?guī)X煤礦20103工作而運(yùn)輸巷地質(zhì)條件,建立了錨索槽鋼梁桁架非對(duì)稱支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)力學(xué)模型,掌握了非對(duì)稱支護(hù)頂板彎矩分布規(guī)律,得到了頂板彎矩減小最大區(qū)域距窄煤柱幫2.4m處。其次,采用數(shù)值模擬分析方法對(duì)錨索
2、槽鋼梁桁架非對(duì)稱支護(hù)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,確定了桁架偏心距為500mm,錨索長(zhǎng)度為8m,桁架跨距為1.5m等關(guān)鍵參數(shù)。最后,在20103工作面運(yùn)輸巷開(kāi)展了工業(yè)性試驗(yàn)分析,工程應(yīng)用效果表明,在錨索槽鋼梁桁架非對(duì)稱加固下,巷道圍巖變形對(duì)采動(dòng)影響的敏感性減弱,巷道圍巖變形量較小,保障了20103工作面高強(qiáng)度安全高效回采。關(guān)鍵詞:人斷面;煤巷;錨索;槽鋼梁;桁架;非對(duì)稱支護(hù);作者簡(jiǎn)介:琚全宗(1964-),男,江蘇吳縣人,工程師,E-mail:910125128@qq.com收稿日期:2017-04-25基金:國(guó)家重點(diǎn)
