1、手術(shù)室優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理對急診手術(shù)患者生理、心理的影響王紅河北省第七人民醫(yī)院手術(shù)室河北定州073000【摘要】目的：探討手術(shù)室優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理實施對急診手術(shù)患者的生理及心理影響。方法：選取我院急診手術(shù)患者200例作為木次研究的研究對象，將入患者進(jìn)行隨機分組，分為觀察組和對照組兩組，每組組內(nèi)各氈含100例研宄對象。對照組患者給予常規(guī)手術(shù)室急診護(hù)理，觀察組患者給予手術(shù)室優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理干預(yù)。結(jié)果：觀察組患者和對照組患者護(hù)理干預(yù)前，其SAS評分和SDS評分相當(dāng)，比較差異不具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P>0.05；t=2.893；t=1.784)；觀察組患者手術(shù)前后的呼吸頻
2、率、心跳頻率以及血壓水平均保持在一個比較穩(wěn)定的狀態(tài)，比較差異不具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P>0.05,t=1.783；t=2.399；t=1.482)。對照組患者手術(shù)后與手術(shù)前相比，其呼吸頻率和心跳頻率顯著加快、血壓水平出現(xiàn)較大波動，比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05,t=11.756；t=12.367；t=11.534)。觀察組和對照組患者的臨床護(hù)理滿意度分別為96.0%和84.0%,比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05;X2=6.083)。結(jié)論：急診手術(shù)患者實施優(yōu)質(zhì)手術(shù)室護(hù)理干預(yù)能夠使患者的手術(shù)生理及心理均保持在較為良好
