1、東北三省大豆種質(zhì)品質(zhì)性狀鑒評與綜合分析孫星邈邱紅梅馬曉萍王洋高淑芹侯云龍陳健王躍強吉林省農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院大豆研宄所/大豆國家工程研宄中摘要:根據(jù)B標(biāo)性狀冇的放矢的選配雜交親本是提高優(yōu)異品質(zhì)組成品種的選擇效率的基本前提。本研究對東北三省102份大豆種質(zhì)資源的蛋白、氨基酸組分、油份及脂肪酸組分進行測定,通過遺傳多樣性、主成分和聚類分析,對其進行表型鑒定及基因型分類以綜合評價種質(zhì)品質(zhì)特性。結(jié)果表明:東北三省大豆種質(zhì)油份及脂肪酸組分變異較豐富,遺傳多樣性程度較高。根據(jù)主成分分析篩選到9個主成分進行聚類分析,通過聚類分析將供試種質(zhì)資源分
