1、我國商業(yè)銀行的產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新與管理摘要產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新是商業(yè)銀行可持續(xù)發(fā)展的不竭動(dòng)力,也是商業(yè)銀行在激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境屮脫穎而出的基本保障。20世紀(jì)90年代以來,我國的資本市場(chǎng)逐漸完善,直接融資比例不斷提高。2006年以來,屮國的金融市場(chǎng)全面開放,屮資銀行與外資銀行同臺(tái)競(jìng)技,我國的商業(yè)銀行已經(jīng)無法依靠政策的優(yōu)勢(shì)來保衛(wèi)原有的市場(chǎng)份額,因而產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新己成我國商業(yè)銀行維持生存的當(dāng)務(wù)之急和不可回避的必然選擇。事實(shí)上,金融是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的核心,而銀行又是金融發(fā)展的支柱,因而商業(yè)銀行的健康運(yùn)營、創(chuàng)新發(fā)展是金融穩(wěn)健、經(jīng)濟(jì)良好的有效積淀。論文從商業(yè)銀行產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新的理論基礎(chǔ)入手,界定了金融產(chǎn)品
2、創(chuàng)新的概念,分析了商業(yè)銀行產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新的動(dòng)因,以此為基礎(chǔ),通過對(duì)我國商業(yè)銀行產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新的必要性、現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題進(jìn)行分析,研究了商業(yè)銀行金融產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新的基本情況。就分析結(jié)果來看,商業(yè)銀行的產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新發(fā)展雖然初具規(guī)模,但是金融產(chǎn)品的創(chuàng)新機(jī)制還不夠完善,特別是自主創(chuàng)新能力不強(qiáng),產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新層次不高,創(chuàng)新方法相對(duì)單一,需要改善的地方還很多。正是基于這樣的分析,再結(jié)合我國的商業(yè)銀行產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新發(fā)展滯后的瓶頸,在論文的最后重點(diǎn)探索丫我國商業(yè)銀行產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新改革、創(chuàng)新、發(fā)展、完善的著力點(diǎn)和突破點(diǎn),提出丫商業(yè)銀行產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新的策略選擇,以期為我國商業(yè)銀行的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展提供參考。關(guān)鍵詞:商業(yè)銀行
