1、XX學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計(jì))題目鉆機(jī)泵頭加工工藝設(shè)計(jì)作者學(xué)院機(jī)械工程學(xué)院專業(yè)jl械設(shè)及學(xué)號(hào)指導(dǎo)教師二o—五年四月二十三日摘要本次設(shè)計(jì)的主要內(nèi)容是鉆機(jī)泵頭加工工藝設(shè)計(jì),鉆機(jī)泵頭其主要加工表面及控制位置為鈞5^0'046和^73+0.046內(nèi)孔。由零件要求分析可知,保證釣5^0146和^73+0.046內(nèi)孔尺寸的同時(shí)應(yīng)該盡量保證其同軸度,這對(duì)于后工序裝配和總成使用上來說都有重要影響。所以,工序安排時(shí),采取以左視圖中大底面粗定位夾緊加工后,對(duì)內(nèi)孔進(jìn)行鏜削加工同時(shí)成型。因其粗糙度為‘u,可通過粗鏜、半精鏜滿足。對(duì)于鉆俯視圖中
