1、新常態(tài)下執(zhí)行力分析摘要繼十八大勝利閉幕起，中國政府在政府執(zhí)行力建設(shè)改造上投入了相當(dāng)大的工作力度和重視度，尤其是中央的“八項(xiàng)規(guī)定”以及“四風(fēng)整改”的出臺，使得中國政壇上掀起一番反腐風(fēng)暴，在這場反腐風(fēng)暴中，各級政府的不作為以及各種懶政、怠政等不良之風(fēng)都得到存效地遏制，雖然中央和各級政府對執(zhí)行力整肅工作做了很多嘗試以及努力，并且也取得了許多非常重要的突破以及進(jìn)展。但是，冰凍三尺非一日之寒，針對政府執(zhí)行力的改革并非一朝一夕之間就能成效卓然。因?yàn)橛幸恍┱賳T當(dāng)他們的一些非正當(dāng)收益的路子被遏制住之后，他們的思想以及認(rèn)識就會變得抵觸，甚至是陽奉陰違，對分內(nèi)
2、工作消極懈怠，拖延執(zhí)行、敷衍執(zhí)行，全然不顧自己工作的職責(zé)要求、制度規(guī)定。除此之外，一些政府內(nèi)部存在執(zhí)行風(fēng)氣不正，為官環(huán)境不潔，目標(biāo)管理機(jī)制失效，人員素質(zhì)不佳等等一系列制約政府執(zhí)行力提升的因素。基于以上分析，本文通過文獻(xiàn)分析法、實(shí)證調(diào)研、數(shù)據(jù)分析等方法，從理論和實(shí)踐兩大維度來對政府執(zhí)行力進(jìn)行分析，以期找到影響政府執(zhí)行力的因素，并分析這些因素，進(jìn)而找到能夠解決政府執(zhí)行力低下問題的相應(yīng)的對策，為今后政府在執(zhí)行力提升方面工作給出一定的理論指導(dǎo)。AbstractFollowingtheclosingofthe18thNationalCongressoft
