1、本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文）基于.net人事管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)院專業(yè)年級(jí)班別學(xué)號(hào)學(xué)生姓名指導(dǎo)教師2011年5月摘要本設(shè)計(jì)嘗試用ASP.NET架構(gòu)一個(gè)人事資源管理系統(tǒng)，以推進(jìn)人事資源管理無(wú)紙化，過程電子化，管理智能化的發(fā)展。本文從理論和實(shí)踐兩個(gè)角度出發(fā)，對(duì)一個(gè)具有數(shù)據(jù)分析功能的人事資源管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)分析。論文首先較為詳盡地介紹了面向?qū)ο蠓治雠c設(shè)計(jì)的有關(guān)概念與技術(shù)，特別深入介紹了在本系統(tǒng)中運(yùn)用到的知識(shí)，如：面向?qū)ο蟮姆治鲈O(shè)計(jì)流程；系統(tǒng)中所用到的開發(fā)技術(shù)ASP.NET以及ADO.NET的特點(diǎn)、結(jié)構(gòu)框架以及使用方法。接著對(duì)人事資源管理系統(tǒng)的可行性進(jìn)行了分

2、析，然后對(duì)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)思想、設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)與系統(tǒng)的整體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了明確的規(guī)劃。最后對(duì)系統(tǒng)的主要頁(yè)面、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、應(yīng)用程序的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)作了較為詳細(xì)的講解。本人事資源管理系統(tǒng)是在VisualStudio.Net平臺(tái)上運(yùn)用ASP.NET技術(shù)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)的。其主要功能有：用戶管理，工資管理，系統(tǒng)信息管理，數(shù)據(jù)備份等。論文在撰寫過程中，力求將理論與實(shí)踐應(yīng)用相結(jié)合，對(duì)各種理論進(jìn)行闡述的同時(shí)配合系統(tǒng)從實(shí)際應(yīng)用和操作技巧上加以說(shuō)明，希望能夠更充分地體現(xiàn)到這些知識(shí)與技術(shù)在本系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用與實(shí)現(xiàn)。關(guān)鍵詞：面向?qū)ο蠓治雠c設(shè)計(jì)，ASP.NET，ADO.NETAbstractAlongwitht
