4、17中文摘要肺癌分子靶向治療的進展綜述摘要肺癌對于當今世界來說，仍是一個嚴峻的挑戰(zhàn)，在當今臨床當中，肺癌的發(fā)病率和病死率都高居癌癥首位，而且已經(jīng)呈現(xiàn)出逐年增加的趨勢[1]?；仡櫼酝闹委煼桨?，手術(shù)、放療、化療是當前治療肺癌的三大傳統(tǒng)方法,在肺癌的治療史上發(fā)揮了不可磨滅的作用,但隨著社會的進步，科學的不斷發(fā)展,人們對癌癥的認知不斷的更新與深入,一種新的治療方案正在[2]逐步投入到臨床當中，這三種治療方法的局限性也隨之日漸凸現(xiàn)。隨著醫(yī)學分子生物學的發(fā)展，分子靶向治療肺癌逐漸受到臨床重視，分子靶向治療作為近些
