1、H3100:2006まえがきこの規(guī)格は,工業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化法第14條によって準(zhǔn)用する第12條第1項(xiàng)の規(guī)定に基づき,日本伸銅協(xié)會(huì)(JCBA)/財(cái)団法人日本規(guī)格協(xié)會(huì)(JSA)から,工業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)原案を具して日本工業(yè)規(guī)格を改正すべきとの申出があり,日本工業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)調(diào)査會(huì)の審議を経て,経済産業(yè)大臣が改正した日本工業(yè)規(guī)格である。これによって,JISH3100:2000は改正され,この規(guī)格に置き換えられる。この規(guī)格の一部が,技術(shù)的性質(zhì)をもつ特許権,出願(yuàn)公開後の特許出願(yuàn),実用新案権,又は出願(yuàn)公開後の実用新案登録出願(yuàn)に抵觸する可能性があることに注意を喚起する。経済産業(yè)大
