本設(shè)計(jì)由四大部分組成:建筑設(shè)計(jì)、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、設(shè)計(jì)概算、施工組織設(shè)計(jì)。其中結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)主要包括:工程概況、結(jié)構(gòu)布置、剛度計(jì)算、荷載匯集、水平地震作用下結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力計(jì)算、豎向荷載作用下結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力計(jì)算、內(nèi)力組合、構(gòu)件截面
2、設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)計(jì)嚴(yán)格按照國家頒布的新規(guī)范、新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行,所有數(shù)據(jù)及圖表均依據(jù)規(guī)范要求,設(shè)計(jì)力求準(zhǔn)確、經(jīng)濟(jì)、美觀。
本工程為河海花園的一棟高層住宅樓設(shè)計(jì),主體結(jié)構(gòu)共10層。采用鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu)形式,按7度抗震設(shè)防,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)考慮了水平地震作用。為增強(qiáng)結(jié)構(gòu)整體剛度,在一層設(shè)置底部支撐。
建筑主體高度31.5m,建筑總高度35.5m,建筑面積達(dá)6370.2m2。一層為商服,二至十層為住宅。建筑設(shè)計(jì)充分考慮了消防和疏散的要求,內(nèi)部設(shè)有三部樓梯和三部電梯;樓板及屋面現(xiàn)澆。外墻采用400mm厚陶粒空心砌塊砌筑,內(nèi)墻
