6、essesthroughoutthewritingofmythesis.Theyhavegivenmeimmensetoleranceandunderstanding.Theirloveandsupportencouragemetomoveforwardcourageously.iii內(nèi)容摘要美國(guó)女性雜志作為一種大眾媒介，種類繁多且歷史久遠(yuǎn)。它們主要以女性為讀者群，在不同歷史時(shí)期通過雜志文本和廣告建構(gòu)起特定的女性氣質(zhì)，所建構(gòu)的女性氣質(zhì)趨于完美，使讀者傾向于認(rèn)同、追求和模仿。作為美國(guó)主流女性雜志之一的《好管家》，已有逾百年的歷史，是美國(guó)長(zhǎng)期以來受歡迎的“七姐妹”雜志之一，而且其發(fā)行
7、量在當(dāng)下美國(guó)女性雜志中仍居第二位。該雜志主要面向美國(guó)白人中產(chǎn)階級(jí)女性讀者，提供外貌、時(shí)尚、家居、烹飪、育兒等方面的信息和專家建議。本論文選取《好管家》2016-2017年發(fā)行的24期雜志為研究文本，運(yùn)用主題分析法以及文本分析法，解析當(dāng)下《好管家》雜志所建構(gòu)的女性氣質(zhì)，從社會(huì)文化層面探討女性雜志、女性氣質(zhì)、消費(fèi)文化之間的關(guān)系。本文首先對(duì)美國(guó)女性雜志和《好管家》進(jìn)行背景介紹和文獻(xiàn)綜述，繼而提供了關(guān)于女性氣質(zhì)和女性雜志的核心理論和概念框架，并在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)《好管家》雜志所建構(gòu)的女性氣質(zhì)從
