1、摘要隨著工業(yè)的發(fā)展,永磁同步電機(jī)的應(yīng)用越來越廣泛,相比于電勵(lì)磁電機(jī),其效率更高,功率密度更大,結(jié)構(gòu)相對(duì)簡(jiǎn)單,耐用性更高。因此在很多場(chǎng)合都使用永磁同步電機(jī)作為提供動(dòng)力的部件,此時(shí)電機(jī)能否正常運(yùn)行就十分重要。如果電機(jī)溫升過高,會(huì)使永磁體發(fā)生去磁、繞組絕緣脫落,同時(shí)電機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)永磁體和轉(zhuǎn)子受到的應(yīng)力也會(huì)變大,因此對(duì)于電機(jī)的溫升研究十分重要。本文對(duì)一臺(tái)5.5kW的異步啟動(dòng)電機(jī)的損耗、溫升及應(yīng)力進(jìn)行了分析和計(jì)算。首先,設(shè)計(jì)了一臺(tái)5.5kW的異步起動(dòng)永磁同步電機(jī),對(duì)電機(jī)主要尺寸、氣隙長(zhǎng)度、定子槽、繞組和轉(zhuǎn)子的尺寸進(jìn)行確定,并對(duì)空載和負(fù)
2、載情況進(jìn)行仿真,可看出電機(jī)的起動(dòng)性能。其次,分析了電機(jī)空載和負(fù)載狀況下定子齒部和軛部磁密在法向和切向的分量值,并分別計(jì)算了定子齒部和軛部的鐵耗、轉(zhuǎn)子鐵耗和永磁體渦流損耗,計(jì)算了永磁體分段數(shù)不同時(shí)渦流損耗的變化。然后,對(duì)電機(jī)進(jìn)行適當(dāng)簡(jiǎn)化,網(wǎng)格剖分,確定邊界條件和材料屬性,將計(jì)算出的額定負(fù)載時(shí)的損耗用做熱源對(duì)電機(jī)進(jìn)行了三維溫度場(chǎng)計(jì)算,得到電機(jī)各部件溫度分布結(jié)果。同時(shí)改變電機(jī)繞組絕緣材料,冷卻氣體風(fēng)速和風(fēng)溫,得到不同情況下電機(jī)溫度的分布,分析這些參數(shù)改變對(duì)電機(jī)溫度及冷卻效果的影響。最后,根據(jù)算出的電機(jī)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行時(shí)永磁體和轉(zhuǎn)子溫度

6、orareanalyzedandcalculated.First,a5.5kWlinestartpermanentmagnetsynchronousmotor(PMSM)isdesigned.Mainsize,airgap,statorslot,windingandrotoraredetermined,andtheno-loadandloadedconditionsaresimulated,andthestartingperformanceofthemotorcanbeseen.Secondly,thenormaland
