1、摘要蓮子為藥、食兩用品種，近年來在醫(yī)藥、保健、食品等方面用量大增。在以蓮子為原料加工干果制品時(shí)脫殼作業(yè)是一項(xiàng)十分重要的前處理工序。我國現(xiàn)在蓮子的脫殼都是采用手工操作。勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大。近年來，隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和人們生活水平的提高，和對(duì)食品質(zhì)量要求變高，以往的手工操作遠(yuǎn)不能滿足現(xiàn)代水果加工的需求，研制一種新的脫殼機(jī)構(gòu)是蓮子加工業(yè)的前景所趨。蓮子脫殼機(jī)的一般工作過程為：蓮子的喂入、定位、切削與脫殼、成品與下腳料的分別收集。由于蓮子的外形并非規(guī)則形狀．因此在機(jī)械加工時(shí)，采用蓮子的外形進(jìn)行定位、夾持，不能保證蓮子核的中心線刀具的
2、中心線重合，定位會(huì)出現(xiàn)偏差，增加了蓮子的破碎率和脫殼的不凈率。通過對(duì)部分蓮子品種的物理結(jié)構(gòu)研究，設(shè)計(jì)導(dǎo)向機(jī)構(gòu)定位方式，保證蓮子喂入時(shí)的定位精度。針對(duì)當(dāng)前蓮子脫殼機(jī)存在的問題，綜合各類水果脫殼機(jī)優(yōu)點(diǎn)，設(shè)計(jì)出了經(jīng)濟(jì)型的蓮子脫殼機(jī)，主要包括：送料機(jī)構(gòu)、輸送機(jī)構(gòu)、彈性支撐機(jī)構(gòu)、刀具移動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)，各機(jī)構(gòu)動(dòng)作協(xié)調(diào)，脫殼率高，對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)我國脫殼自動(dòng)化有深遠(yuǎn)的意義。關(guān)鍵詞：蓮子、彈性支撐、自動(dòng)化、脫殼機(jī)ABSTRACTInrecentyearsLotusseed,inmedicine,healthcare,asfoodconsumpti
