1、不同香型烤煙表面顏色特征分析摘要：為揭示不同香型烤煙表面顏色特征，采用L*a*b*C*顏色空間表征方法對14個省份三種香型烤煙不同部位煙葉表面顏色進行量化分析。結(jié)果表明：①煙葉表面顏色紅度講在濃香型和中間香型烤煙中變異程度較大，中間香型烤煙表面顏色的飽和度C*變化幅度大于濃香型和清香型烤煙。②中間香型烤煙表面顏色的明度L*最大，在中部葉和上部葉顯著高于清香型烤煙；清香型烤煙下部葉表面顏色的紅度a*顯著高于濃香型和中間香型烤煙。顏色飽和度C*在不同香型烤煙間不存在顯著性差異。③同一香型烤煙表面顏色均呈現(xiàn)下部葉的明度U最高，上部葉的最低，且在不同部位間存在顯著性差異，同時，同一香型
