1、前言***********#####尾礦庫設(shè)計(jì)總壩高103m，總庫容3296萬m3,目前尾礦總堆積高度約70m。根據(jù)國家經(jīng)貿(mào)委第20號(hào)令《尾礦庫安全管理規(guī)定》中第十五條規(guī)定：“尾礦庫使用到設(shè)計(jì)最終壩高的1/2～2/3高度時(shí)應(yīng)對(duì)尾礦堆積壩進(jìn)行工程地質(zhì)勘察和穩(wěn)定性分析”，廣西***********有限責(zé)任公司委托中國有色金屬工業(yè)尾礦壩監(jiān)測(cè)中心對(duì)#####尾礦庫進(jìn)行安全評(píng)價(jià)。其主要任務(wù)為：1．對(duì)#####尾礦庫現(xiàn)狀的壩體穩(wěn)定性和防洪能力及排洪系統(tǒng)可靠性進(jìn)行驗(yàn)算和評(píng)價(jià)；同時(shí)還對(duì)該尾礦庫堆積至最終設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)高時(shí)的安全性進(jìn)行評(píng)估
