2、事件的發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果:與治療前比較,治療5d后rhBNP組左室射血分數(shù)明顯提高[(0.37±0.10)∶(0.44±0.09),P<0.05];兩組血漿NT-proBNP水平均有明顯下降[常規(guī)治療組(7532.7±1005.6)pg/ml∶(7056.5±998.3)pg/ml,rhBNP組(7565.1±1102.3)pg/ml∶(6206.7±1137.9)pg/ml,P<0.05],且rhBNP治療組下降更明顯(P<0.05);兩組患者治療前后左心室舒張末期內(nèi)徑(LVEDd)無明顯變化(P>0.05);在8個月的隨訪期內(nèi)rhBNP組心臟不良事件少于常規(guī)治療組(9.7%∶28.
