2、0:1相對(duì)廢棄菌棒與玉米秸稈之比為3:1具有啟動(dòng)快的特點(diǎn),但總產(chǎn)氣量較低;廢棄菌棒與玉米秸稈之比為1:0、1:1、1:3則啟動(dòng)慢,產(chǎn)氣量也較少;廢棄菌棒與玉米秸稈各種比例對(duì)產(chǎn)氣中甲烷含量的影響不大,甲烷含量都經(jīng)歷了一個(gè)先上升,達(dá)到45%左右趨于穩(wěn)定這一趨勢(shì);菌棒與秸稈3:1的處理在發(fā)酵前30天的VS利用率最高,達(dá)到34.3%,與其產(chǎn)氣量最高的結(jié)果吻合,但由于試驗(yàn)結(jié)束時(shí),各處理均處于產(chǎn)氣的穩(wěn)定期,還具有較大的產(chǎn)氣潛能,要想獲得最大產(chǎn)氣量和VS利用率,需要進(jìn)行更長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的試驗(yàn)。關(guān)鍵詞:玉米秸稈;廢棄菌棒;厭氧干發(fā)酵;沼氣IIIAbstractA
