1、本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)題目:泡沫驅(qū)注采系統(tǒng)用阻垢劑優(yōu)選及性能研究學(xué)生姓名:候文化學(xué)號(hào):11096116專業(yè)班級(jí):材料化學(xué)11-1班指導(dǎo)教師:孫霜青2015年6月5日中國(guó)石油大學(xué)(華東)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)泡沫驅(qū)注采系統(tǒng)用阻垢劑優(yōu)選及性能研究摘要本論文針對(duì)泡沫驅(qū)注采系統(tǒng)的結(jié)垢情況,首先采用原子吸收光譜法和離子色譜法對(duì)華北油田文120區(qū)塊的水質(zhì)離子含量進(jìn)行分析,然后配制模擬水樣并采用靜態(tài)法進(jìn)行結(jié)垢實(shí)驗(yàn),得到各影響因素對(duì)結(jié)垢率的影響規(guī)律為:結(jié)垢率隨pH值增大而增加;隨表活劑濃度增加結(jié)垢率減小;溫度越高,結(jié)垢率越大
2、;鈣離子濃度增加后結(jié)垢量也增加。最后采用靜態(tài)防垢實(shí)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了阻垢劑篩選評(píng)價(jià)研究,研究結(jié)果表明:ATMP、PBTCA、HEDP三種阻垢劑中PBTCA阻垢性能最好,為文120區(qū)塊的最佳阻垢劑,且最佳投放濃度為8mg/L;阻垢劑性能評(píng)價(jià)研究表明pH越大阻垢率越低,表活劑濃度對(duì)阻垢劑無太大影響;溫度升高會(huì)使阻垢率降低;鈣離子濃度增加時(shí)阻垢率增大。關(guān)鍵詞:結(jié)垢;阻垢劑;靜態(tài)法;篩選;性能評(píng)價(jià)中國(guó)石油大學(xué)(華東)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)Screeningandperformanceevaluationofscaleinhi
