7、·····················································44--------細(xì)菌纖維素的生物相容性及聯(lián)合BMP2的成骨效應(yīng)研究背景研究背景間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞(Mesenchymalstemcells,MSCs)來源于發(fā)育早期的中胚層和外胚層,最初在骨髓中被Friendenstein等發(fā)現(xiàn)為非造血組織干細(xì)胞,由于其具有可分化為間充質(zhì)組織細(xì)胞的能力,故稱之為間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞[1]。以后陸續(xù)在許多組織中分離到,包括脂肪、滑膜、軟骨、骨膜、胎盤和臍血[2]。1.1間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞生物學(xué)特
8、性間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞具備以下共同屬性:(1),間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞是具有自我維持和自我更新的細(xì)胞群體,其細(xì)胞數(shù)目是相對恒定的,即間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞具有自穩(wěn)定性。(2),在生物體總的細(xì)胞構(gòu)成比上,間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞只占有其中很小的一部分。(3),間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞可在適宜環(huán)境中向不同方向分化,即其為相對未分化類細(xì)胞[3]。1,MSCs具有強(qiáng)大的自我更新和多向分化能力。可以分化為軟骨細(xì)胞、成骨
