1、瞬變微小電容測(cè)量電路的研究摘要在工、農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)、科學(xué)研究、國(guó)防建設(shè)及國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的各部門中,經(jīng)常需要檢測(cè)各種參數(shù)和物理量,獲取被測(cè)對(duì)象的定量信息,以便進(jìn)行監(jiān)視和控制,使設(shè)備或系統(tǒng)處于最佳運(yùn)行狀態(tài),并保證生產(chǎn)的安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)及高質(zhì)量。在現(xiàn)代科學(xué)研究和新產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)中,為了掌握事物的規(guī)律性,人們必須測(cè)試許多參數(shù),用以檢驗(yàn)是否符合預(yù)期要求和事物的客觀規(guī)律性。然而在被測(cè)物理量中,非電量占了絕大部分。非電量測(cè)量可以通過各種對(duì)應(yīng)的敏感元件,將被測(cè)物理量轉(zhuǎn)換成與之有對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系的電壓、電流等,而后再通過對(duì)電壓、電流的測(cè)量,得到被測(cè)物
