1、2期張麗等:玉米籽粒容重與產(chǎn)量和品質(zhì)的相關分析5玉米籽粒容重與產(chǎn)量和品質(zhì)的相關分析張麗1,董樹亭1,劉存輝2,王空軍1,張吉旺1,劉鵬1(1山東省作物生物學重點實驗室/山東農(nóng)業(yè)大學農(nóng)學院,泰安271018;2山東省種子管理站,濟南251000)摘要:【目的】了解不同品種玉米籽粒容重的差異及其與產(chǎn)量和品質(zhì)的關系。【方法】采用聚類分析、相關分析及通徑分析的方法,對多個玉米品種籽粒的容重和產(chǎn)量、品質(zhì)性狀進行分析。【結果】將山東省最新審定的29個玉米品種劃分為三類,高容重型(H-TW)、中容重型(M-TW)和低容重型(L
2、-TW)。玉米容重的變異來源于基因型和試驗地區(qū),二者均達極顯著水平。受基因型控制的籽粒形狀是決定容重的重要因素,不同粒型之間容重差異顯著,容重值排序是爆裂型>硬粒型>馬齒型。施氮肥對玉米容重的影響不大,同一品種不同的施氮量處理之間玉米的容重差異不顯著。相關分析表明,不同類型玉米籽粒容重與千粒重和產(chǎn)量均呈極顯著的正相關。容重與蛋白質(zhì)含量和淀粉總含量呈顯著正相關,與粗脂肪含量呈負相關。通徑分析指出賴氨酸含量對玉米容重起負作用,且由于決定系數(shù)最?。≧(3)2=-0.05%),成為影響容重的主要限制因素,尤其是對蛋白質(zhì)形
