1、中文摘要摘要高層建筑適地性與節(jié)地性研究對(duì)于我國(guó)城市建設(shè)、人口及土地資源利用、高層建筑的現(xiàn)在和未來(lái)、國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和人類生存環(huán)境有著一定的意義。相對(duì)于～般多層建筑，高層建筑有其自身的許多優(yōu)勢(shì)，本課題的研究旨在為創(chuàng)造美好宜人的高層建筑提供可操作性的設(shè)計(jì)方法，并完善其設(shè)計(jì)理論，以期對(duì)我國(guó)高層建筑設(shè)計(jì)有所裨益，在某種意義上，高層建筑適地性與節(jié)地性研究也是對(duì)高層建筑未來(lái)發(fā)展的探求。文章首先從高層建筑適地性與節(jié)地性的概念界定入手，對(duì)高層建筑在世界及中國(guó)范圍內(nèi)的發(fā)展歷史及發(fā)展中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題做一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)明的闡述，然后對(duì)高層建筑的適地性與節(jié)地性結(jié)合具體實(shí)例進(jìn)行分析、歸納和總結(jié)，最后對(duì)高層建筑未來(lái)的發(fā)展趨
2、勢(shì)及設(shè)計(jì)傾向進(jìn)行了分析及展望。高層建筑的適地性與節(jié)地性策略及方法研究是論文重點(diǎn)。文章就高層建筑的適地性理念、出發(fā)點(diǎn)、接地方式、技術(shù)條件、不同地形場(chǎng)地豎向空間及交通運(yùn)輸處理方式、工程措施、建筑功能構(gòu)成、空間組織方式及設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn)、環(huán)境構(gòu)成要素及設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn)、設(shè)計(jì)手法等問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了論述，探索對(duì)高層建筑適地性與節(jié)地性設(shè)計(jì)方面的～些規(guī)律和需要注意的問(wèn)題。本文雖然是論述高層建筑適地性與節(jié)地性問(wèn)題研究，但同時(shí)對(duì)其它種類的建筑及環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)也有一定的參考作用，城市空間的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)是有菸通性的，本文對(duì)高層建筑進(jìn)行適地性與節(jié)地性的研究，以期為今后的設(shè)計(jì)提供一些理論依據(jù)和實(shí)證參考應(yīng)用價(jià)值。關(guān)鍵詞：高層建筑，適地性
