1、摘要本設(shè)計(jì)是根據(jù)金山銦鍺化工有限公司的實(shí)際情況,對該廠在原有的生產(chǎn)規(guī)模上進(jìn)行擴(kuò)建,其擴(kuò)建規(guī)模為10萬噸/年。本設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容主要包括:工藝流程的選擇與論證、電解車間主要技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)的選擇與論證、冶金計(jì)算、車間的配置設(shè)計(jì)、設(shè)備的選擇與計(jì)算、綜合利用與環(huán)境保護(hù)、車間組織與經(jīng)濟(jì)分析。本設(shè)計(jì)的重點(diǎn)是電解車間。本設(shè)計(jì)所采用的是國內(nèi)普遍采用的濕法煉鋅傳統(tǒng)工藝:鋅精礦→焙燒→浸出→凈化→電積→熔鑄→鋅錠。本設(shè)計(jì)的主要技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)如下:鋅的總回收率:95%;電解槽電壓:3.3V;總電流強(qiáng)度:25000A;陰極電流密度:480A/m2;電流效
2、率:90%;年工作日:330天;直流電單耗:3006.697kWh/t。本設(shè)計(jì)嚴(yán)格按照設(shè)計(jì)的基本原理和國家的相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及技術(shù)規(guī)范,吸取國內(nèi)外的先進(jìn)的技術(shù)經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合自身的實(shí)際情況,選擇國內(nèi)的成熟設(shè)備,設(shè)計(jì)出勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度低、生產(chǎn)效率高、環(huán)境污染少的方案。關(guān)鍵詞:濕法煉鋅;電解;車間;設(shè)計(jì)AbstractAccordingtotheactualsituationofJinshanZincFactory,thisdesigncarriesontheextensiontothisfactoryintheoriginalscaleofp
