1、對(duì)沖燃煤鍋爐燃燒過(guò)程的數(shù)值模擬及沾污分析對(duì)沖燃煤鍋爐燃燒過(guò)程的數(shù)值模擬及沾污分析摘要火電機(jī)組不斷朝著高參數(shù)、大容量的方向發(fā)展,鍋爐燃燒系統(tǒng)變煤種運(yùn)行特性分析是一個(gè)重要的研究課題。本文以600MW對(duì)沖鍋爐燃燒系統(tǒng)為研究對(duì)象,利用計(jì)算流體動(dòng)力學(xué)軟件FLUENT對(duì)一臺(tái)600MW對(duì)沖煤粉爐內(nèi)燃燒過(guò)程進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,為簡(jiǎn)化模擬的過(guò)程,采用單流體湍流流動(dòng)模型及能量方程,計(jì)算得出在額定工況下?tīng)t內(nèi)各截面的溫度場(chǎng),速度場(chǎng),靜壓場(chǎng)等。然后在燃用貧煤時(shí),在不同的一、二次風(fēng)速情況下對(duì)鍋爐的運(yùn)行工況進(jìn)行模擬,得出各種工況下的溫度場(chǎng),速度場(chǎng),壓力場(chǎng)等,分析
2、在何種工況下對(duì)鍋爐運(yùn)行最有利,結(jié)果表明,在額定工況下燃燒情況最好,其溫度,速度場(chǎng)與實(shí)際情況比較符合。在不同一、二次配風(fēng)下模擬時(shí),可以看出在這幾種不同工況下的燃燒過(guò)程的區(qū)別。通過(guò)分析比較可以得到貧煤燃燒在其推薦的一、二次配風(fēng)速度區(qū)域間燃燒情況最好。本文的研究表明,爐膛內(nèi)的結(jié)渣情況,并提出了相應(yīng)的措施,這些措施對(duì)鍋爐的設(shè)計(jì)以及防止?fàn)t膛結(jié)渣、提高鍋爐的燃燒效率和減少鍋爐運(yùn)行時(shí)事故的發(fā)生具有很強(qiáng)的指導(dǎo)性意義。關(guān)鍵詞:對(duì)沖鍋爐;爐內(nèi)燃燒;數(shù)值模擬;爐膛受熱面分析NUMERICALSIMULATIONOFAHEDGEBOILER對(duì)沖燃煤鍋
