1、牙本質(zhì)過敏癥三種治療方法療效對比研究【摘要】目的：觀察氟化鈉、Nd：YAG和GLUMA脫敏劑局部治療牙木質(zhì)過敏的臨床療效。方法：臨床收集127例才木質(zhì)過敏的患者，隨機數(shù)字表法分為三組，分別采用氟化鈉甘油、Nd：YAG激光、GLUMA脫敏劑進行治療，觀察對比其治療后即刻效果和6個月后效果。結(jié)果：Nd：YAG激光，GLUMA脫敏劑方法的即刻療效比較差異無統(tǒng)計學意義，氟化鈉甘油即刻療效較前兩者的療效差；6個月后，Nd：YAG激光療效優(yōu)于GLUMA組和氟化鈉甘油組。結(jié)論：対于牙木質(zhì)過敏癥患者，Nd：YAG激光治療近期與遠期效果滿意，GLUMA脫敏劑方法近期療效

7、、溫度刺激（冷、熱）、化學刺激（酸、甜），所產(chǎn)生的尖銳的異常酸痛感覺。凡使牙本質(zhì)暴露的各種牙體病、牙周病或牙體牙周病治療術(shù)后，均可產(chǎn)生牙本質(zhì)過敏癥［2］。有些患者，牙本質(zhì)未暴露，但全身處于應激性增高狀態(tài)，神經(jīng)末梢敏感性增強,如頭頸部人劑量放療后、產(chǎn)褥期等也可能出現(xiàn)牙齒敏感癥。除去刺激物，酸痛感即消失［3］。許多牙體病都可產(chǎn)生此癥狀，有時牙體組織無病變，全身狀態(tài)異常時，牙齒也會出現(xiàn)敏感癥狀［4］。牙木質(zhì)過敏癥通?？梢允褂妹撁糁委?，木實驗通過對牙木質(zhì)過敏癥患者分別采用Nd：YAG激光、GLUMA脫敏劑、75%氟化鈉甘油進行治療,以期探討牙本質(zhì)過敏癥的最佳治
