2、對(duì)發(fā)現(xiàn)GbMFT2蛋白的羧基端含有MFT蛋白都含有的脯氨酸,系統(tǒng)進(jìn)化樹分析表明GbMFT2編碼產(chǎn)物與擬南芥AtMFT蛋白親緣關(guān)系較近,他們屬于同一分支。用不同濃度的ABA處理棉花種子后GbMFT2基因表達(dá)變化明顯,表明GbMFT2基因的表達(dá)受ABA的調(diào)節(jié)。為了進(jìn)一步研究該基因的功能,將過(guò)量表達(dá)載體p35S:GbMFT2葉盤法轉(zhuǎn)化煙草,獲得了7株T1代GbMFT2轉(zhuǎn)基因煙草。種植T2代轉(zhuǎn)基因煙草,發(fā)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)基因植株的開花時(shí)間均晚于非轉(zhuǎn)基因植株。并用不同濃度NaCl脅迫處理T2代轉(zhuǎn)GbMFT2基因煙草幼苗,發(fā)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)基因煙草的耐鹽
