2、aspects.2.范圍:Scope本程序適用于CC施工承包商的焊工培訓(xùn)、現(xiàn)場測試及產(chǎn)品焊接所需焊接消耗材料的采購、驗收、存放、控制及發(fā)放包括對供方的評價。Thisprocedurecoversprocurement,acceptance,storage,controlanddistribution(includingevaluationtovendors)ofweldexpendablethatneededbywelderstraining,sitetestandproductswelding.3.職責(zé):Responsibility3.1.CC技術(shù)部提供焊接材
3、料的需用計劃及各項技術(shù)質(zhì)量指標(biāo)/要求。CCtechniquedepartmentisresponsibleforprovidingrequirementplanandtechnicalguideline/requirementofweldingmaterial.3.2.CC材料部負(fù)責(zé)采購計劃編制產(chǎn)品供方的評價和選擇、采購合同簽訂進(jìn)貨驗證及組織進(jìn)貨檢驗和試驗的實施。CCmaterialdepartmentisresponsibleforestablishingprocurementplan,evaluationandchoicetovendors,signingo
4、fprocurementcontract,procurementverifyingandimplementationoforganizingprocurementandtesting.3.3.CC質(zhì)檢部參與產(chǎn)品供方的評價，并對焊材的進(jìn)貨驗收進(jìn)行監(jiān)控。CCQA/QCdepartmentwillparticipateinevaluationtovendorsandcontroltheacceptanceforprocurementofweldingmaterial.4.程序Procedure4.1.焊接消耗品采購ProcurementofWeldExpendable
5、4.1.1.CC技術(shù)部根據(jù)合同規(guī)定及施工圖紙，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或規(guī)范要求編寫工程項目需用的焊接材料、計劃，報項目經(jīng)理審批。CCtechniquedepartmentestablishweldingmaterialplanaccordingtotherulesstipulatedincontract,constructiondrawings,standardsorregulation,thensubmitittoProjectManagerforapproval.4.1.2.設(shè)材部根據(jù)需用計劃編制采購計劃，報項目經(jīng)理審批，對需PMC批焊接消耗品，由焊接工程師將焊接消耗品（如焊

7、uchasweldingwireandweldingrod,etc.)toPMCweldengineerandapproved,canthembepurchased.1.1.1.焊材的進(jìn)貨驗收由設(shè)材部同質(zhì)檢部焊接工程師共同對焊材的外觀質(zhì)量、批號、爐號、型號、規(guī)格等技術(shù)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行驗證，供應(yīng)商應(yīng)提供相應(yīng)的材質(zhì)證明書，焊材需要有國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的機(jī)械性能及化學(xué)成分分析，所有的焊材分類標(biāo)準(zhǔn)應(yīng)體現(xiàn)在WPS中。任何時候，對供應(yīng)商的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量有懷疑時，CC應(yīng)啟動PMI程序。WeldengineerfromQA/QCdepartmenttogetherwithequipmentandmat
