1、┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊裝┊┊┊┊┊訂┊┊┊┊┊線┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊城市停車問(wèn)題的研究摘要我國(guó)機(jī)動(dòng)車數(shù)量急劇增長(zhǎng)，引發(fā)了停車難的問(wèn)題。目前我國(guó)城市停車問(wèn)題愈演愈烈,停車供給不足與停車需求過(guò)剩的矛盾日益凸顯。停車行為混亂,占道停車導(dǎo)致道路交通阻塞較為嚴(yán)重。停車問(wèn)題不僅加重了城市動(dòng)態(tài)交通的負(fù)荷,而且嚴(yán)重影響到城市主動(dòng)脈的通暢。因此,解決城市停車問(wèn)題迫在眉睫!本文以城市停車問(wèn)題為研究對(duì)象,以停車相關(guān)停車的相關(guān)理論為支撐，分析了停車行為過(guò)程及其影響因素，總結(jié)出目前城市停車存在的問(wèn)題及其產(chǎn)生停車問(wèn)題的原因。由于停車問(wèn)題從規(guī)劃建設(shè)到管理,存在于多
2、個(gè)層面,因此本文將從不同層面與角度提出解決停車問(wèn)題的對(duì)策與優(yōu)化措施。本文從三個(gè)層面解決停車問(wèn)題。規(guī)劃層面主要有城市停車特征結(jié)構(gòu)與停車的供求關(guān)系的分析、實(shí)施停車專項(xiàng)規(guī)劃；技術(shù)層面上優(yōu)化包括建立停車誘導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)、推廣機(jī)械式立體停車庫(kù)、使用停車自動(dòng)收費(fèi)系統(tǒng)，推行IC卡付費(fèi)方式等；管理層面上包括建立健全停車場(chǎng)管理的法規(guī)、運(yùn)用價(jià)格機(jī)制管理、提高管理人員的素質(zhì)等。只有三個(gè)層面相互聯(lián)系,相互結(jié)合,綜合治理,才能全方位的緩解和改善城市停車?yán)щy的問(wèn)題,保持交通的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。關(guān)鍵詞：城市停車，停車管理,停車誘導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)，停車政策┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊裝┊┊┊┊┊訂┊┊
