1、攀枝花學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)緒論攀枝花學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)基于共存理論的熔渣組元活度的預(yù)測學(xué)生姓名:胡超學(xué)生學(xué)號(hào):200911103019院(系):資源與環(huán)境工程學(xué)院年級專業(yè):2009級冶金工程1班指導(dǎo)教師:周蘭花(教授)助理指導(dǎo)教師:二〇一三年五月攀枝花學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)摘要攀枝花學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)摘要摘要通過深入體會(huì)活度等熱力學(xué)性質(zhì)在冶金生產(chǎn)中的作用,弄清了共存理論預(yù)測熔體中組作用的原理。通過收集有關(guān)活度計(jì)算用文獻(xiàn),調(diào)研計(jì)算用原始數(shù)據(jù),根據(jù)共存理論建立CaO-SiO2、MnO-SiO2、Pb
2、O-SiO2、Na2O-SiO2、MgO-SiO2、MnO-TiO26組二元熔渣體系中組元作用濃度計(jì)算模型,利用計(jì)算機(jī)軟件Matlab編制了模型中關(guān)鍵參數(shù)求解方法,在基礎(chǔ)基礎(chǔ)上預(yù)測得到了6組二元熔渣體系中一個(gè)組元作用濃度,并對預(yù)測結(jié)果與實(shí)驗(yàn)測定值進(jìn)行了對比。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),模型計(jì)算得到的熔渣體系中組元的作用濃度與實(shí)測的活度偏差較小,表明,基于共存理論建立健的模型較為正確。關(guān)鍵詞:共存理論,作用濃度,活度,Matlab程序I攀枝花學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)ABSTRACTABSTRACTIunderstandsthepri
