2、7m2，建筑層數(shù)為地下一層，地上十層，結(jié)構(gòu)形式為框架結(jié)構(gòu)。本施工組織設(shè)計(jì)首先運(yùn)用廣聯(lián)達(dá)軟件以圖紙資料為依據(jù)，對(duì)工程量進(jìn)行計(jì)算。在清楚每個(gè)工程的內(nèi)容范圍以及每一樣材料，特別是混凝土、鋼筋等一些重要材料用量的前提下，以《江西省建筑工程消耗量定額及統(tǒng)一基價(jià)表》、《江西省裝飾裝修工程消耗量定額及統(tǒng)一基價(jià)表》為依據(jù)，確定各工種人員及機(jī)械安排計(jì)劃，材料消耗量計(jì)劃，根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行施工平面布置安排。明確并優(yōu)化分部分項(xiàng)工程的施工方案，保證各項(xiàng)施工順利進(jìn)行。本施工組織設(shè)計(jì)作為主導(dǎo)施工的依據(jù)，編制時(shí)對(duì)目標(biāo)工期、工程質(zhì)量、項(xiàng)目管理機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置、勞動(dòng)力組織、施
