1、弘陽集團(tuán)工程質(zhì)量缺陷案例（裝飾裝修工程施工2——門窗、吊頂、輕質(zhì)隔墻）一、門窗工程1、門窗框與洞口尺寸不匹配，框與洞口間空隙達(dá)到較大后直接用發(fā)泡劑塞填且不密實(shí)（透光），存有滲漏隱患。另外，門窗框安裝前洞口四同均未按照要求刮防水砂漿底糙?？刂拼胧哼@是由于土建總包單位在主體施工時(shí)，洞口尺寸未按設(shè)計(jì)要求留置、門窗框加工制作尺寸過度縮小、門窗框安裝前沒有組織土建和門窗單位的交接驗(yàn)收或者發(fā)現(xiàn)洞口預(yù)留尺寸有誤沒有進(jìn)行必要的處理就直接安裝門窗框造成的。框與洞口之間的縫隙過大，會(huì)因窗框固定件無法固定而影響整修門窗框
2、固定的牢固性，框與洞口有較大空隙后直接用發(fā)泡劑嵌填且不密實(shí)，則會(huì)導(dǎo)致今后門窗洞口四周滲漏現(xiàn)象的出現(xiàn)。正確做法是督促并跟蹤檢查總包單位在墻體砌筑時(shí)要嚴(yán)格按照設(shè)計(jì)要求預(yù)留門窗洞口位置和尺寸，同時(shí)在門窗框加工制作前，應(yīng)事先要求門窗單位按照洞口尺寸并結(jié)合考慮不同外立面裝飾材料的收口要求，確保門窗框加工制作成型的尺寸不得過度縮小，門窗框安裝前，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)還應(yīng)組織門窗分包單位與土建總包單位交接驗(yàn)收，共同根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)圖紙對(duì)門窗洞口的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際尺寸進(jìn)行全面復(fù)核，對(duì)于窗洞口尺寸錯(cuò)誤的應(yīng)先責(zé)令土建單位整修甚至返工處理，洞口和門窗框加
