2、lationsconcerninginformationsecurityandassuranceforthepurposeofsafeguardingthesafeoperationofsecuritiesandfuturesinformationsystem,strengtheningtheadministrationofinformationsecurityinthesecuritiesandfuturesindustries,promotingthestableandhealthydevelopmentofthesecuritiesandfuturesmarke
3、tsandprotectingthelegitimaterightsandinterestsofinvestors.Article2TheseMeasuresshallapplytotheinformationsecurity,assurance,managementandsupervisionworkinthesecuritiesandfuturesindustries.Article3Theinformationsecurityandassuranceworkinthesecuritiesandfuturesindustriesshallfollowtheprin
4、cipleof“whoeveroperatestakesresponsibilityandwhoeverusestakesresponsibility”withsecurityprioritizedanddevelopmentsafeguarded.Article4Theentitiesresponsiblefortheinformationsecurityandassuranceinthesecuritiesandfuturesindustriesshallimplementthenationallawsandadministrativeregulationscon
5、cerninginformationsecurityandtheindustry-relatedtechnicaladministrationrules,technicalrules,technicalguidelinesandtechnicalstandards,conductinformationsecuritywork,protectthesecurityofthetransactionsofinvestorsandthesecurityoftheirdata,andbearresponsibilitiesforthesafeoperationofinforma
6、tionsystemoftheirown.Theterm“entitiesresponsible”asmentionedintheprecedingArticleincludestheinstitutionsundertakingthepublicfunctionsofthesecuritiesandfuturesmarkets,theinstitutionsundertakingtheoperationsoftheITpublicinfrastructureinthesecuritiesandfuturesindustriesandothercoreinstitut
