1、摘要隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展進(jìn)步，人民群眾的飲食文化生活也越來(lái)越豐富多彩，食品藥品安全問(wèn)題也就與人民群眾息息相關(guān)，備受關(guān)注，已達(dá)到促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、維護(hù)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定的高度。但是，食品藥品安全監(jiān)管過(guò)程中長(zhǎng)期存在著信息不對(duì)稱的問(wèn)題，其復(fù)雜性、艱難性尤為突出，安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)相當(dāng)高。因此，只有采取科學(xué)、高效的監(jiān)管措施，不斷加強(qiáng)監(jiān)管力度，依法行政，從嚴(yán)行政，才能確保人民群眾飲食用藥安全。信息是管理上的一項(xiàng)非常重要的資源，管理工作的效果取決于所做出決策的正確性，而信息的質(zhì)量則在一定范圍內(nèi)影響和制約著決策的正確程度。結(jié)合工作實(shí)際，我們以某區(qū)縣級(jí)食品藥品監(jiān)督管理職能部門為試點(diǎn)單位，選用J2EE為
2、技術(shù)架構(gòu)，充分運(yùn)用軟件工程的方法，詳細(xì)分析了系統(tǒng)需求，進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計(jì)，最終開發(fā)了這套監(jiān)管信息系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)按照3大模塊、18個(gè)功能的設(shè)計(jì)思路進(jìn)行整體布局，包括了用戶界面的設(shè)計(jì)和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的設(shè)計(jì)。通過(guò)開發(fā)與測(cè)試，該系統(tǒng)能夠滿足區(qū)食品藥品監(jiān)督管理局信息管理的業(yè)務(wù)需要，用戶界面友好，提供的信息豐富準(zhǔn)確，能夠保障管理工作的各環(huán)節(jié)順利而有效地進(jìn)行，具有良好的使用價(jià)值和可觀的發(fā)展前景，極大的提高了局日常信息管理工作的效率，是實(shí)現(xiàn)全面統(tǒng)籌、高效監(jiān)管、科學(xué)決策的重要前提條件。關(guān)鍵詞：J2EE食品藥品監(jiān)管決策IIAbstractWiththedevelopmentofsocial
