2、ingOperationsforADCO'sWells,asandwhenrequestedbyADCOasmorefullydescribedandhereinafter.1.2TheServicesshallberequestedoncall-outbasis.SERVICESFORCONTRACTOR'SPERSONNELANDEQUIPMENT2.1Messina&AccommodationADCOshallprovideorarrangeatitscostandexpensemessingandaccommodation(bachelorstatus)atitsRigLocati
3、ons,foreachpersonprovidingServicesunderthisContract.SuchmessingandaccommodationprovidedbyADCOshall,asfaraspossible,betoastandardsimilartothatprovidedforADCO'sownstaffofsimilarstatus.2.2TransportationofEquipmentandPersonnel?ADCOshallprovideatitssolecostthetransportationofthepackageandpersonnelfromt
4、heCONTRACTOR’SbaseinAbuDhabitoADCO'slocation.?CONTRACTOR(asalternativeoption)responsiblefortransportinghisequipment/personnelfromthecontractor'sbaseinAbuDhabitoADCO'slocationwhenrequiredathissolecostandheshouldmeetADCO'sHSEpolicyfordesertdrivingandheshouldmeetgovernmentrequirementfortranspoliation
5、intheWesternRegionofAbuDhabi.?CONTRACTORisfullyresponsibleforloading/offloadingofhisequipmentathisbaseand/oratADCO'slocationatalltimes.?CONTRACTORmustensurehisequipmentaresuitableforliftingandslingingasperADCO'sHSEpoliciesandmustfollowcolorcodingguidelines.?CONTRACTORmustensurethathisequipmentissu
