1、GRP78在人喉鱗狀細(xì)胞癌組織中的表達(dá)及臨床意義張靈敏田秀芬(450052鄭州,鄭州大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院頭頸外科)［摘要］目的探討葡萄糖調(diào)節(jié)蛋白78(glucose-regulatedprotein78,GRP78)在人喉鱗狀細(xì)胞癌(laryngealsquamouscellcarcinoma,LSCC)組織中的表達(dá)情況，分析GRP78在LSCC發(fā)生發(fā)展中的作用。方法免疫組織化學(xué)法檢測GRP78在90例LSCC組織、配對(duì)癌旁組織及正常喉黏膜組織中的表達(dá)，并分析其與患者性別、腫瘤分化程度、分期及淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移的關(guān)系。結(jié)果G
