1、粵北樂(lè)昌含笑種源選擇試驗(yàn)研究 摘要以九曲水林場(chǎng)樂(lè)昌含笑種源試驗(yàn)林六年生數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行方差分析,結(jié)果表明:生長(zhǎng)性狀和大部分形質(zhì)性狀種源間差異均達(dá)極顯著水平;相關(guān)分析表明生長(zhǎng)性狀與形質(zhì)性狀間存在顯著相關(guān);遺傳參數(shù)估計(jì)結(jié)果生長(zhǎng)性狀種源遺傳力處于較高水平,形質(zhì)性狀種源遺傳力處于中等偏上水平;根據(jù)多重比較結(jié)果,以材積為選擇目標(biāo),選出4個(gè)速生種源,現(xiàn)實(shí)增益介于27.78%~84.43%,粵北樂(lè)昌含笑速生種源主要集中在廣東和江西交界的多個(gè)縣市?! £P(guān)鍵詞樂(lè)昌含笑;種源試驗(yàn);選擇;粵北 中圖分類號(hào)S792.99文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼A文章編號(hào)1007-5739(2016)10-0130-02

6、出,樹(shù)高、胸徑和材積等生長(zhǎng)性狀種源效應(yīng)方差分析的P值均較?。ㄔ?.01以下),說(shuō)明生長(zhǎng)性狀的種源效應(yīng)達(dá)到極顯著水平,試驗(yàn)種源存在顯著的差異,能選出生長(zhǎng)表現(xiàn)優(yōu)良的種源;樹(shù)干通直度、葉片大小、樹(shù)冠濃密度和冠幅等形質(zhì)性狀種源變異方差分析P值分別為0.0062、0.1773、0.0013和0.00053,表明除葉片大小外,其余形質(zhì)性狀差異均達(dá)極顯著水平。另外,絕大部分性狀的區(qū)組效應(yīng)也達(dá)極顯著水平,表明不同樂(lè)昌含笑種源區(qū)組間表現(xiàn)存在較大差別,立地對(duì)種源的生長(zhǎng)表現(xiàn)有較大的影響?! ?.2相關(guān)分析 樂(lè)昌含笑種源性狀間的相關(guān)分析結(jié)果見(jiàn)表3。可以看出,表型和遺傳相關(guān)在樹(shù)高、胸徑和材
7、積生長(zhǎng)性狀間均達(dá)極顯著水平(相關(guān)系數(shù)均在0.9以上);而形質(zhì)性狀間的表型和遺傳相關(guān)系數(shù)普遍較小,大都處于相關(guān)不顯著或顯著相關(guān)水平。生長(zhǎng)性狀與形質(zhì)性狀間的表型相關(guān)和遺傳相關(guān)大部分都處于顯著或極顯著水平,說(shuō)明速生性較好的種源,其樹(shù)干較通直,葉片較大,樹(shù)冠較濃密,冠幅也較寬?! ?.3遺傳參數(shù)估算 樂(lè)昌含笑種源的性狀遺傳參數(shù)估值見(jiàn)表4??梢钥闯?,生長(zhǎng)性狀的種源遺傳力為0.787~0.878,處于較高水平;形質(zhì)性狀介于0.674~0.787之間,處于中等偏上水平。生長(zhǎng)性狀的遺傳變異系數(shù)介于13.69%~39.68%之間,形質(zhì)性狀介于5.09%~11.15%,生長(zhǎng)性狀的
