1、不同植物生長延緩劑對甜瓜幼苗質(zhì)量的影響 摘要:為了解決新疆吐魯番地區(qū)甜瓜(CucumismeloL.)工廠化育苗當(dāng)中遇到的容易出現(xiàn)徒長苗,不易培育出適齡壯苗這一問題,選用甜瓜品種西州密十七號為供試品種,研究不同植物生長延緩劑對甜瓜幼苗質(zhì)量的影響。結(jié)果表明,在播種后的第四周時,40和60mg/L多效唑(PP333)溶液浸基質(zhì)處理以及200mg/LPP333溶液噴施葉面處理對幼苗株高的抑制作用最強(qiáng);就幼苗的真葉而言,40和60mg/LPP333溶液浸基質(zhì)處理對幼苗葉片生長的抑制作用最顯著,并且60mg/LPP333溶液浸基質(zhì)處理下葉片最厚;就幼苗的葉
2、柄長度而言,60mg/LPP333溶液對幼苗葉柄的抑制作用最強(qiáng);60和40mg/LPP333溶液浸基質(zhì)處理的幼苗根冠比極顯著大于對照和其他各處理;對幼苗壯苗指數(shù)影響較大的3個處理分別為12000mg/L比久(B9)溶液噴施葉面處理、16000mg/LB9溶液浸基質(zhì)處理、200mg/LPP333溶液噴施葉面處理。綜合考慮幼苗根冠比和壯苗指數(shù)可以得出,200mg/LPP333溶液噴施葉面處理表現(xiàn)最佳,可以用于防止甜瓜穴盤苗的徒長,培育壯苗。 關(guān)鍵詞:甜瓜(CucumismeloL.);植物生長延緩劑;形態(tài)指標(biāo);幼苗質(zhì)量 中圖分類號:S652文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識
