1、蛋重對(duì)種蛋失重及孵化效果的影響摘要種蛋的孵化效果及雛雞的品質(zhì)受多種因素的影響，種蛋品質(zhì)是影響孵化效果及雛雞品質(zhì)的主要因素，而蛋重是衡量種蛋品質(zhì)的重要指標(biāo)。本實(shí)驗(yàn)選擇海蘭59周齡種雞群所產(chǎn)種蛋600枚，根據(jù)蛋重將其分為6組，每組各100枚，分別為Ⅰ組（蛋重在51g以下）、Ⅱ組（蛋重55g）、Ⅲ組（蛋重60g）、Ⅳ組（蛋重65g）、Ⅴ組（蛋重70g）和Ⅵ組（蛋重71g以上），以研究在相同孵化條件下蛋重對(duì)種蛋失重及孵化效果的影響。研究結(jié)果顯示,孵化12、18天及出雛時(shí)Ⅰ組蛋重絕對(duì)失重顯著低于Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ組(P﹤0.05)，極顯著低于Ⅵ組(P﹤0.01)，Ⅱ、Ⅲ組顯著低于Ⅵ
2、組(P﹤0.05)，其余各組間差異不顯著(P﹥0.05)。種蛋在孵化前18天各組相對(duì)失重率差異不顯著(P﹥0.05)，出雛相對(duì)失重率Ⅰ組顯著低于Ⅱ組、Ⅲ組、Ⅳ組、Ⅴ組、Ⅵ組(P﹤0.05)。入孵蛋孵化率和受精蛋孵化率以Ⅳ組為最高，Ⅵ組最低；健雛率以Ⅱ組和Ⅲ組為最高，均為100%。結(jié)果表明，在該孵化條件下，海蘭父母代種蛋的蛋重在60-70g時(shí)其孵化率最高，蛋重在55-65g其雛雞品質(zhì)最好。關(guān)鍵詞：蛋重孵化率健雛率14TheeffectsofeggweightofbreedinglayersonweightlossandhatchabilityAbstractThehat
