1、摘要陽(yáng)離子聚丙烯酰胺根據(jù)其性能廣泛應(yīng)用于水處理領(lǐng)域、造紙領(lǐng)域、紡織領(lǐng)域及其他領(lǐng)域。木文以丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酰胺基(2-羥基)丙基三甲基氯化鍍(ETA-AM).二甲基二烯丙基氯化鍍(DMDAAC)三種單體為原料,釆用水溶液復(fù)合引發(fā)劑聚合法合成了陽(yáng)離子聚丙烯酰胺,并對(duì)其溶解性、黏度和絮凝性進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)??疾炝岁?yáng)離子聚丙烯酰胺的合成工藝以及影響其溶解性和黏度的重要因素,主要通過(guò)單因素實(shí)驗(yàn)來(lái)確定合成工藝的最佳條件,包扌舌共聚單休種類(lèi)、陽(yáng)離子單體的比例以及單體濃度。后續(xù)進(jìn)行正交試驗(yàn)和絮凝評(píng)價(jià)進(jìn)一步確定最
2、佳合成工藝路線(xiàn),使得陽(yáng)離子聚丙烯酰胺有較好的溶解性、黏度和絮凝性。研究表明,合成陽(yáng)離子聚丙烯酰胺的較佳工藝條件為:以AM、ETA-AM、60%DMDAAC三種單體為原料,陽(yáng)離子單體比例2:1,單休濃度40%,在此條件下合成的陽(yáng)離子聚丙烯酰胺的溶解度較好,能在兩小時(shí)內(nèi)完全溶解,絮凝性好。關(guān)鍵詞:陽(yáng)離子聚丙烯酰胺;三種單體;溶解性;絮凝;AbstractCationicpolyacrylamideaccordingtoitsperformancearewidelyusedinthefieldofwa
