1、摘要摘要隨著國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司“三集五大”體系的持續(xù)建設(shè)和堅(jiān)強(qiáng)智能電網(wǎng)戰(zhàn)略的不斷推進(jìn)，電力系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行和管理發(fā)生了廣泛而深刻的變化，產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)的升級(jí)要求從業(yè)人員相應(yīng)地提升知識(shí)和技能，因此，電力企業(yè)迫切需要先進(jìn)的培訓(xùn)工具，實(shí)現(xiàn)大批量人員的快速培訓(xùn)。某省電力公司培訓(xùn)中心培訓(xùn)仿真經(jīng)歷了多年的發(fā)展，取得了較大的進(jìn)步，但仍然存在很多問題，主要表現(xiàn)在：培訓(xùn)模式單一；系統(tǒng)和資源不能有效集成；智能化評(píng)價(jià)水平不高；缺乏標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化培訓(xùn)資源管理平臺(tái)等。將各種優(yōu)秀教育資源快速有效地整合，從而構(gòu)建“覆蓋全員、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)統(tǒng)一、資源共享、協(xié)同高效”的全方位、立體化、系統(tǒng)性的培訓(xùn)平臺(tái)的市場(chǎng)需求日益突出。
2、本論文結(jié)合云計(jì)算技術(shù)，以電力培訓(xùn)仿真應(yīng)用需求為背景，構(gòu)架出電力系統(tǒng)基于云計(jì)算的網(wǎng)絡(luò)仿真培訓(xùn)結(jié)構(gòu)，通過采用網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲、虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)、多媒體、電力系統(tǒng)數(shù)字仿真等先進(jìn)技術(shù)，將各類仿真培訓(xùn)資源進(jìn)行快速、有效地整合，為受訓(xùn)員工、培訓(xùn)講師、專業(yè)部門等各方人員提供便捷、多元、開放、智能、協(xié)同高效，并可跨越時(shí)間與空間的三維仿真虛擬培訓(xùn)空間，為某省電力公司培訓(xùn)中心構(gòu)建集約化大培訓(xùn)體系提供全面技術(shù)支撐。該系統(tǒng)已在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)投運(yùn)一年多時(shí)間，應(yīng)用效果表明該系統(tǒng)為受訓(xùn)人員提供了一個(gè)真實(shí)性更好、形象更逼真、使用更方便、用戶更歡迎的培訓(xùn)平臺(tái)，可以在較短的培訓(xùn)周期里收到更好的培訓(xùn)效果。關(guān)鍵詞：云
