2、ctoftheCSIC.Thenumericalsimulationwasusedtostudyamarine'scentrifugalfan,andtheresultswerecomparedwiththeexperiment.Thentheaerodynamicperformanceoftheimpellerandvolutewasoptimized.Theworksweremainlydoneinthefollowingaspects:(1)Numericalsimulationontheoriginalcentrifugalfan.Theoriginalfan'sstruct
3、ureandexperimentsystemwereintroduced.Thenthegrids'divisionandnumericalcalculation'ssettingsweredone,andthesimulationresultswerecomparedwithexperimenttobeverified.Sothemainfeaturesoftheoriginalfan'sflowfieldwereanalyzedandthecalculationresultsindicatethattheaerodynamicperformanceisnotwellandthef
4、lowseparationintheimpellerisveryserious.(2)Optimizationdesignof2Dblade.Inordertoimprovetheaerodynamicperformanceoftheoriginalcentrifugalimpeller,adesignmethodof2Dbladeprofileontheimpellerhasbeenproposed.Andthebestefficiencyoftheimpellerwasselectedthroughnumericalsimulation.Thenumericalresultssh
5、owthattheefficiencyandtotalpressureriseoftheimpeller,whichisobtainedthroughthismethod,aregreatlyimproved.Andthewholefan'sefficiencyisalsoimprovedgreatly.Theanalysisofflowfieldshowsthattheflowseparationin2D-optimizedimpellerisgreatlyweakenedandtheflowfieldisoptimized.(3)3Dbladeoptimizedexplorati
6、on.Onthebasisofthe2Dbladedesign,the3Dbladewasexplored.The3Dbladeexplorationmainlyconsistsoftwoaspects,namely3Dbladeprofileoptimizationandthestackingline'ssweepandlean.The3Dbladeprofilewasoptimizedwiththeoptimizationobjectivesoftheimpeller'sefficiencyandtotalpressurerise.Theresultsshowthatthe3Db
7、lademakestheperformancesofeithertheimpellerorthewholefanisgreatlyimproved.Stackinglineexplorationshowsthatleanbladesandsweptbladeshaveasignificantimpactonthecentrifugalfan'sperformance,andtheimpactofthecombinedbladeisnotasimplesup
