1、浙江大學(xué)碩士畢業(yè)論文流律i程研究所摘要本文創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)了一種具有等百分流量調(diào)節(jié)特性的新型電動(dòng)球閥產(chǎn)品幾何模型,并對(duì)這類(lèi)調(diào)節(jié)球閥產(chǎn)品模型在不同閥芯開(kāi)度下的三維湍流流動(dòng)進(jìn)行了大量的數(shù)值模擬。數(shù)值模擬采用RNGk一占湍流模型和非結(jié)構(gòu)化網(wǎng)格的SIMPLE計(jì)算方法,對(duì)所設(shè)計(jì)的調(diào)節(jié)球閥產(chǎn)品模型在不同閥芯開(kāi)度下的數(shù)值計(jì)算,獲得了閥門(mén)標(biāo)稱流量系數(shù)(Jr。)與閥門(mén)相對(duì)開(kāi)度口閫的關(guān)系,即閥門(mén)流量調(diào)節(jié)特性。通過(guò)對(duì)數(shù)值結(jié)果的分析及閥芯型線優(yōu)化后,得到了一種在普通電動(dòng)兩通球閥一端直接裝配流孔實(shí)現(xiàn)調(diào)節(jié)型特性的電動(dòng)球閥,該球閥具有十分理想的等百分比流量特性。為了修
2、正調(diào)節(jié)球閥閥芯通流孔的計(jì)算出流系數(shù),論文還專(zhuān)門(mén)對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)孔板進(jìn)行了三維湍流流動(dòng)的數(shù)值模擬。論文還專(zhuān)門(mén)設(shè)計(jì)制作了閥門(mén)特性試驗(yàn)裝置,對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)得到的調(diào)節(jié)球閥產(chǎn)品模型進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,獲得了閥門(mén)實(shí)驗(yàn)標(biāo)稱流量系數(shù)(K,。)與實(shí)驗(yàn)相對(duì)開(kāi)度(口)的調(diào)節(jié)特性關(guān)系。同時(shí),為了比較本論文設(shè)計(jì)球閥與目前調(diào)節(jié)球閥通用產(chǎn)品的流量特性,本文同時(shí)對(duì)同通徑規(guī)格的兩種某著名進(jìn)口品牌的電動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)球閥產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試。數(shù)值計(jì)算和實(shí)驗(yàn)研究對(duì)比結(jié)果表明:利用CFD技術(shù)進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)閥模型的內(nèi)流優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)和預(yù)測(cè)分析方法是行之有效的,論文采用流體力學(xué)數(shù)值模擬和實(shí)驗(yàn)研究相結(jié)合的研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)方法,得到
