1、摘要漏磁檢測是無損檢測領(lǐng)域廣泛應(yīng)用的技術(shù)之一。目前,漏磁檢測系統(tǒng)中使用應(yīng)用軟件一般都與實(shí)際應(yīng)用工況耦合比較緊密,還沒有統(tǒng)一、開放的軟件平臺(tái)可以適應(yīng)各類漏磁檢測系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用需求。漏磁檢測軟件平臺(tái)即是為適應(yīng)漏磁檢測實(shí)際應(yīng)用而配套研發(fā)的。通過對(duì)不同漏磁檢測系統(tǒng)的研究,設(shè)計(jì)了以Windows組件對(duì)象模型和計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)為基礎(chǔ)的漏磁檢測軟件平臺(tái),包括服務(wù)器、客戶端和網(wǎng)絡(luò)交互三個(gè)部分。為實(shí)現(xiàn)軟件平臺(tái)能適用于各類不同漏磁檢測系統(tǒng)的功能特點(diǎn),提出了以信號(hào)采集組件接口和信號(hào)分析組件接口為基礎(chǔ)的漏磁檢測軟件平臺(tái)體系結(jié)構(gòu),重點(diǎn)研究了漏磁檢測系統(tǒng)中信號(hào)的采集、傳輸、處理、存儲(chǔ)和顯示等環(huán)節(jié)的實(shí)現(xiàn)方
2、法。針對(duì)在線檢測系統(tǒng)和在役檢測系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn),研究了漏磁檢測軟件平臺(tái)中信號(hào)采集與反饋、網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制傳輸、數(shù)據(jù)管理和組件調(diào)用等控制問題。根據(jù)漏磁檢測系統(tǒng)在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中的需求,研究了漏磁檢測系統(tǒng)的檢測流程控制過程。并在研究網(wǎng)絡(luò)化漏磁檢測系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)了適應(yīng)漏磁檢測特點(diǎn)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)交互應(yīng)用層協(xié)議。最后,針對(duì)兩類不同漏磁檢測系統(tǒng)的工作要求,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)應(yīng)的信號(hào)采集組件和信號(hào)分析組件?,F(xiàn)場應(yīng)用結(jié)果表明該軟件平臺(tái)工作穩(wěn)定且具備良好的可擴(kuò)展性能。關(guān)鍵詞:漏磁檢測無損檢測信號(hào)采集網(wǎng)絡(luò)交互組件IAbstractMFL(Magnecticfluxleakage)inspectionisonekindof
