1、摘要摘要地震災(zāi)害是一種嚴(yán)重的自然災(zāi)害。由于它的突發(fā)性,往往在極短的時(shí)I’Ⅱj內(nèi)造成人員傷亡和財(cái)產(chǎn)的巨大損失,并可能引發(fā)次生災(zāi)害以及更為廣義的社會(huì)災(zāi)害。將地理信息系統(tǒng)引入到防震減災(zāi)領(lǐng)域中,可以為城市防災(zāi)減災(zāi)水平的提高和實(shí)現(xiàn)由靜態(tài)規(guī)劃向動(dòng)態(tài)管理的轉(zhuǎn)變做出貢獻(xiàn)。在分析城市防震減災(zāi)系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)、設(shè)計(jì)方法以及設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)路線的基礎(chǔ)上,介紹了建立防震減災(zāi)系統(tǒng)所需的分析模型和決策模型,并探索了基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的建設(shè)和防震減災(zāi)信息系統(tǒng)的二次開發(fā)方法?;A(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化之后,采用對(duì)象一關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)來(lái)管理城市防震減災(zāi)信息,即以ArcGIS自帶PersonalGeodatabase來(lái)管理基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),在基礎(chǔ)數(shù)
2、據(jù)庫(kù)建設(shè)中,詳細(xì)分析了對(duì)象一關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的設(shè)計(jì)與建立過(guò)程。防震減災(zāi)系統(tǒng)的二次開發(fā)方法采用的是以COM技術(shù)為主的集成二次開發(fā)方法(VisualBasic、VBA和ArcObject相結(jié)合),并對(duì)整個(gè)開發(fā)過(guò)程及開發(fā)成果作了詳細(xì)的介紹。通過(guò)Geodatabase數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的建立和各功能模塊的集成開發(fā),開發(fā)出了其有動(dòng)態(tài)分析功能的防震減災(zāi)管理信息系統(tǒng)。通過(guò)本系統(tǒng),可以方便、迅速查詢出某城市的基本狀況:結(jié)合各種模型,可以迅速計(jì)算出建筑物、生命線系統(tǒng)等的震害情況,并以圖形的形式顯示:還可根據(jù)社會(huì)的發(fā)展變化,實(shí)現(xiàn)災(zāi)害數(shù)據(jù)的動(dòng)態(tài)更新,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)相應(yīng)的動(dòng)態(tài)決策。本系統(tǒng)的建立,不僅為城市整體抗震防災(zāi)動(dòng)
