1、摘要摘要陰離子識(shí)別是超分子化學(xué)研究的主要內(nèi)容之一,陰離子物種在生命科學(xué)和化學(xué)過(guò)程中起著重要作用。近二十年來(lái)人們開始認(rèn)識(shí)到陰離子識(shí)別的重要性,近年來(lái)這一領(lǐng)域的研究越來(lái)越活躍。大量的陰離子識(shí)別受體被設(shè)計(jì)、合成出來(lái)。比色法研究陰離子識(shí)別,其操作簡(jiǎn)單,靈敏度較高,是一種非常方便也是一種非常有應(yīng)用前景的分析方法。酰胺、磺酰胺、咪唑、脲、硫脲、吡咯、咔唑等常常作為識(shí)別點(diǎn)被廣泛應(yīng)用于受體的設(shè)計(jì)中。本文以酰胺、咔唑、苯酚、吲哚、磺酰胺、毗咯,苯腙等識(shí)別點(diǎn)為研究對(duì)象,合成了九個(gè)化合物,在這些受體中,其中有的受體加入陰離子之后有明顯的顏色變化,而另一些受體幾乎沒(méi)有顏
