2、nch流固耦合數(shù)值模擬方法,對(duì)所述條件下的節(jié)流閥內(nèi)部流場(chǎng)和閥芯應(yīng)力分布對(duì)比分析。結(jié)果表明,楔形節(jié)流閥節(jié)流能力隨開(kāi)度的增大迅速減小,隨流體密度、進(jìn)口流量的增大而增大,在一定開(kāi)度下,由于閥腔內(nèi)流體的高速流動(dòng),閥芯變徑臺(tái)階面與軸銷(xiāo)連接孔位置處出現(xiàn)應(yīng)力集中,同時(shí)閥芯節(jié)流面附近有明顯漩渦產(chǎn)生,引起閥芯振動(dòng),容易導(dǎo)致斷裂失效;當(dāng)開(kāi)度較小時(shí),節(jié)流效果顯著,含固相顆粒的流體容易造成節(jié)流閥堵塞,且高速流體對(duì)閥座沖刷引起刺漏,該分析結(jié)果與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)節(jié)流閥失效情況十分吻合。關(guān)鍵詞:節(jié)流閥;節(jié)流特征;流固耦合;流場(chǎng)分析;應(yīng)力集中;失效
