1、論文題目:專業(yè):碩士生:指導(dǎo)老05.煤礦新型低壓智能開關(guān)的研究電力系統(tǒng)及其自動(dòng)化王寶鋒(簽名)傅周興(簽名)摘要目前,煤礦井下使用的隔爆型饋電開關(guān)的開關(guān)器件大多為交流接觸器,動(dòng)作時(shí)易產(chǎn)生火花,其控制電路使用分立的半導(dǎo)體集成電路控制繼電器,對設(shè)備的保護(hù)性能較差。此外,饋電開關(guān)體積大而且笨重,且不具備與煤礦井下供電網(wǎng)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)通信功能。隨著煤礦機(jī)械化、現(xiàn)代化程度的提高,對煤礦井下饋電開關(guān)設(shè)備的性能和保護(hù)要求越來越高。因此研制新型煤礦低壓智能開關(guān)(以下稱智能開關(guān))具有重要的意義。本課題從智能開關(guān)的開關(guān)器件和各種保護(hù)功能出發(fā),設(shè)計(jì)了智能開關(guān)裝置的核心控制部分包括硬件電路設(shè)計(jì)和軟件設(shè)計(jì)。硬件電路設(shè)計(jì)主要
2、包括:信號輸入電路、單片機(jī)系統(tǒng)、液晶顯示電路、開關(guān)控制電路、以太網(wǎng)通信電路。軟件設(shè)計(jì)包括:交流采樣子程序、液晶顯示子程序、以太網(wǎng)通信子程序和主程序。本課題的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)是:第一,開關(guān)器件使用無觸點(diǎn)的雙向可控硅代替交流接觸器,以C8051F020單片機(jī)為主控芯片對開關(guān)器件進(jìn)行控制,使得控制簡單、可靠性高,還可以縮小智能開關(guān)的體積。第二,實(shí)現(xiàn)了智能開關(guān)與PC機(jī)以太網(wǎng)通信功能,使得遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控成為可能。最后本課題結(jié)合軟硬件進(jìn)行了調(diào)試:實(shí)現(xiàn)了短路、過載、斷相、過壓和欠壓保護(hù)功能,同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)了智能開關(guān)和PC機(jī)的通信功能。結(jié)果表明:設(shè)計(jì)的智能開關(guān)達(dá)到了預(yù)期目標(biāo),在各種故障狀態(tài)下能可靠動(dòng)作,驗(yàn)證了設(shè)計(jì)的可行性。關(guān)鍵詞
